1How you get the merchant terms
Merchant terms are provided to approved merchants during onboarding. Once we have reviewed your business, we send you the merchant agreement to read and sign before you can take live payments. You can take as long as you need to read it, and ask us anything before you sign.

- Who the agreement is with, and the role of our banking partners
- Fees, VAT, and how each fee is shown on every payment
- Payout timing, and how and when we may hold a payout

- Plain language, with the important parts at the top.
- No lock-in, minimum term or fee to leave.
- If we need to hold your money, we tell you why and what we need from you first, unless the law prevents us.
- Price changes come with advance notice and never apply to past payments.
